Scope: Develop a case study introducing potential customers to the company’s way of working.
Implementation: Work examples and customer feedback are valuable references for potential customers. Ann effective approach involves the development of a case study that answers three key questions: What was the challenge? How was it addressed? What was the result?
Mundo Marketing developed the case study based on interviews conducted with one of the client’s customers. Te result was not advertising or advertorial but decidedly fact-based and journalistic in form and tone. The customer was invited to review the case study before it was published on the client’s homepage.
Result: For the client, the case study served as a content driven, authentic and trustworthy instance of reference marketing. And thus as a valuable tool in the acquisition of new customers.
